Tom Stoppard on "Arcadia"

The New York Times published a great article that gets into the mind of one of the great modern playwrights, Tom Stoppard, and his thoughts on what is generally heralded as his masterwork, Arcadia, which is being revived on Broadway at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre in a production to open on Thursday.

Enjoy the article!

  1. I've seen the show in previews, and it's excellent. However, it is a good idea to read a precis first; for example, Wikipedia does a good job. While it may be possible to follow without a little preparation, I got a lot more out of watching by having reviewed the plot and characters in advance.
