In the newest development within the ongoing Spider-Man disaster saga, "the New York State Department of Labor has issued two safety violations against the Broadway musical ... over accidents last year that involved an actor falling more than 20 feet during the show and two other performers sustaining injuries while rehearsing a sling-shot technique," according to a February 12th New York Times article. Though the agency has not made any official announcement, an anonymous source to the Times has stated that no fines will be attached to these violations, though I, personally, don't believe that will stick.
