A Life in the Theatre Gets Cut Short

The revival of David Mamet's A Life in the Theatre starring Patrick Stewart and T. R. Knight, which has been getting some terrible reviews, will be closing early.  Though the limited run had been anticipated to last through January 2nd, it has been announced that the show will now close on November 28th -- right after Thanksgiving.

Patrick Stewart Is Coming Back to Broadway

After his triumphant performance in The Scottish Play last season, Patrick Stewart will be coming back to Broadway this fall in David Mamet's A Life in the Theater.  The production will be directed Neil Pepe, who directed the recent revival of Speed-the-Plow.
